First, they like stalk you when you go into the store. I get approached at least 5 times each time I go in, sometime by the same girl who forgot she already approached me. Second, I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in there in just the past year. So I got a card for a free pair of panties. Hey, I deserved it after all the business I gave them. Going to the mall for something other than Victoria's Secret, I walked by the store with my husband and decided to duck in and cash in my free pair of panties. I got my pair and had the card in my hand. There were two lines at opposite ends of the counter and 4 people in front of me. The people in the other line got run out as the 4 people in front of me in my line got rung out by a separate cashier. When it was my turn, the lady smiled, then, I swear to God, looked down and saw that I was holding one pair of panties and the free panties card, got a nasty look on her face and said, "You have to wait, the person next in the other line was before you." It was said in such a nasty way I was shocked...my husband was like..."Where's the manager, I want to speak to her now!" I just dragged him out of there because as were had to be at a dinner I didn't want to ruin our night. The lady looked like she was 50 trying to be 30 and had blond shoulder length hair and freckles... I'm fed up, I just get my lingerie from other places because every time I go in there it's a battle. Nice stuff but they need to be more respectful of the people that go in there.
I walked in expecting great service....nothing. not even a hello. There were 3 ladies working no one acknowledged me.
