Scam they make you put money down then tell u to apply on line and wo t refund your money lost $50
This place is a scam! Was told that I had to put down $50 before I was notified if I'd be approved for credit or not. Once I was told I wasn't and wanted a refund, the sales person told me to visit their other location first. After that I decided I still wanted a refund, then all of a sudden I was told I wouldn't be able to get one and all sales were final. However no sale was made. Don't give them your money. North Coast Factory Direct is better priced, doesn't lie, and have better quality furniture. They also have a larger selection. La Salle's salesmen have no integrity!
I don't recommend anyone buying furniture from them. I know now why they had to downsize. I got a living room set and a bedroom set and it took forever for me to get my furniture for one, two they come to set up and they leave all the boxes in the house, three the bed they did not put the headboard on because they said they forgot the screws and then when I call about the screws, no one calls me back for days after multiple calls and multiple messages left with actual people, only to finally talk to someone for them to tell me "you have to purchase the screws" SERIOULY! I've never heard of purchasing screws to put it together after you buy the bedroom set and pay for delivery and pay for setup charge. So frustrated with this company. Horrible customer service
Furniture is of low quality bought 2 recliners first one broke within a month. They did replace it but the chairs are cheaply made. Also bought a power lift chair it has stopped working after 6 month we have not even finished paying for this junk.
