Excellent job fixing my 83 year old Mothers car. Her right rear tire was going flat and they took care of the problem quickly. The price and service was excellent! Nice and friendly staff!

This place is the best for your car repair needs. My husband is a mechanic but, had hurt is hand and was unable to perform some of the maintenance he would normally do and he doesn't trust very many people on the maintenance of his cars but, he is not at all hesitant to take our cars to Done Right to perform any work ( and that is a first). Solid company for great service.
Took the car in to check on tire going flat, employee asked me to right down my address and name. Immediately got confused on basic English writing and couldn't tell which of my name's was the first or last. Explained to the guy we need to read from left to right. He still seemed confused. A couple hours later they called advised I need a new tire. Went up, young employee said needed the away sway bar fixed. Asked what it does and how important, he basically said it wasn't but I should get it replaces for 300. If i wanted to spend money replacing parts that aren't a big priority I'd go to jiffy lube. Politely declined said will replace tires myself since pretty easy job and the guy, under his breath walking away, muttered please don't come back. Yeah no problem, if I wanted this kind of service and know-how I'd take my car to my kids daycare.
