Purchased new snow tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered here. Tire rack provides an quote for how much it will cost to install those specific tires on your vehicle. I told the Service advisor the tires were delivered to the shop from Tire Rack, he printed out a work order with the total cost adding up to double the quote from Tire Rack. I pointed this out and he immediately apologized, knew he has caught in a lie and revised the quote to the exact amount quote from Tire Rack. Criminal behavior!!!!
Poor customer service. Car set on work bench for 2 hrs than only took 30 min to install tires seemed like a rushed job will take care some where else to make sure tires and hub caps place correct on the vehicle 1st and last time to this business
These guys are terrific! The waiting time and area are very nice and pleasant. The service was immediate and professional. I would highly recommend this shop.
Got 2 pairs of Firestone tires this summer of 2016, and alignment ($700+ job); it's November I'm still waiting for the $90 gift card for using Firestone Credit Card. I left the car at the shop for a few hours, got back at the time it was promised to finish the job, but the job wasn't finished. Went outside to take a look what was left to do and found my rims on the floor, face down and scratches all over the $2000+ rims. After a while noticed the wheels were loosing air, the guys at the shop forgot to clean the tires and apply coating before putting them on the rims. Afterwards went to NTB paid extra $50 to mount the tires on the rim as it should have been done the first time. Other than that unprofessional job, if you need the most basic job done Firestone is "ok", just get coupons and shop for deals before going to any shop.
